Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Hwange National Park. Please ensure your flight details are shared in advance so that your pickup can be scheduled accordingly. The drive to Hwange Safari Lodge takes approximately 2 hours. This first day is reserved for rest and relaxation after your journey, allowing you to settle in and prepare for the exciting safari adventures that await. Day 2
Your day begins with a hearty breakfast at the lodge before setting off on a thrilling full-day game drive in Hwange National Park. Your experienced guide will select the route based on recent wildlife movements to maximize your chances of incredible sightings. Explore Hwange’s rich and varied landscapes, home to vast elephant herds, predators, and abundant plains game and birdlife. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your afternoon adventure. You’ll return to the lodge by late afternoon to relax and reflect on an unforgettable day in the wild. Day 3
Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Hwange National Park, enjoying the cool dawn air as wildlife becomes active. After the safari, you’ll travel by road to Victoria Falls (approximately 2 hours). Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and take some time to relax. At 15:30, your driver-guide will collect you for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. As the sun dips below the horizon, marvel at the golden reflections on the water while spotting elephants, hippos, and various bird species along the riverbanks. Enjoy tasty finger snacks and unlimited local beverages, including beers, soft drinks, and refreshing cocktails, as you unwind in the tranquil beauty of the evening. Day 4
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up at 08:30 for a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Walk through the lush rainforest and enjoy breathtaking views of the mighty cascade during this 3-hour experience. At 16:00, transfer to Nakavango Private Game Reserve for an exciting afternoon and night game drive in an open 4x4 vehicle. Enjoy sundowner drinks as the sun sets, then continue under the spotlight in search of nocturnal wildlife. The evening ends with a delicious 3-course bush BBQ dinner served under the stars, complemented by wine, beers, and soft drinks. At 10:00, you’ll be picked up from your Victoria Falls hotel and transferred to Kasane, the gateway to Chobe National Park. After clearing immigration at the Botswana border with your guide’s assistance, continue to Chobe Bush Lodge for check-in. Take a moment to relax and enjoy the lodge’s tranquil surroundings. In the afternoon, head out on an exciting 3-hour game drive in Chobe National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds, predators, and diverse birdlife along the Chobe Riverfront. Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park, the best time to spot big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs when they are most active. In the afternoon, at 15:00, embark on a breathtaking sunset cruise along the Chobe River — one of the park’s most iconic experiences. Day 9
