Day 1
Around 3:00 pm, pick you up at your hotel or other indicated point and depart to Akagera National Park to spend the night near the park outside On the way: Sanitary stop at Imigongo Art Center in Kayonza. After check in your accommodation, you can enjoy scenic views, walk and explore nearby your accommodation. Accommodation: Akagera Rhino Lodge (3-star hotel) or similar Meal Plan: Dine at your own Drinks: Mineral water. Day 2
After an early breakfast, check in Akagera NP for a boat trip from 7:30 to 8:30 am on Lake Ihema to discover the aquatic wildlife (hippos, crocodiles, birds...). Then enjoy your full day game drive from south to north (approx. 7 hours) to spot many species of animals, including the Big 5 (lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalo and, by chance, the leopard), giraffe, zebra, antelope, impala, oribi and the discreet bushbuck, as well as the ungainly tsessebe and the world's largest antelope, the statuesque Cepeeland...). Also enjoy the Park's beautiful panoramic landscapes of hills and marshes. Lunch during the visit (Mihindi Café or packed food) After lunch continue your safari in the North by focusing on the Kilala Plain area which is home to a wide variety of animals Then return to Kigali and drop you off at your hotel or another location of your choice.
