Guests are collected from OR Tambo International Airport at 07:00. The route to Kapama Private Game Reserve in the Mpumalanga Province takes you from the wide-open spaces of the Highveld, down the escarpment and through the scenic Lowveld region. Arrive at Kapama mid-day, in time for a light lunch. Freshen up and relax before it’s time to depart on a late-afternoon game drive in the reserve. Overnight in a luxury suite at Kapama Southern Camp. Head out as the sun is rising to enjoy your last game drive in Kapama Private Game Reserve. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing mid-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
