Reach Pilanesberg around 9 AM and dive into a 3-hour morning game drive in an open safari vehicle, ideal for spotting lions, elephants, and more! By midday, arrive at the beautiful Kwa Maritane Lodge for a tasty lunch and easy check-in. Relax, take in the scenery, or lounge by the pool before heading out for a 4 PM to 7 PM open-vehicle sunset game drive with MoAfrika Tours, soaking up epic sunsets and wildlife wonders. Wake up for an exciting 3-hour morning game drive in an open safari vehicle led by the lodge, returning around 9 AM to enjoy a hearty breakfast. Spend the morning unwinding at the lodge’s fantastic facilities—total tranquillity! At 12 PM, hop on a short game drive in a closed vehicle for extra wildlife sightings, or choose to chill at the lodge (pickup at 2:30 PM if you skipthe drive). Leave Pilanesberg at 3 PM, arriving back in Johannesburg between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Want an airport drop-off by 6 PM? Just share your flight details with our team! Includes: Breakfast. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
