Morning/afternoon: Depart from O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg via shuttle to Ivory Moon Lodge in Hoedspruit. Flights from Johannesburg or Cape Town can be arranged at extra cost (arrange in advance). Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge and check into your luxurious private bush suite, featuring a heated plunge pool, outdoor shower, and expansive deck. Late afternoon: Head out for a 3-hour sunset drive in the Blue Canyon Reserve (10,000 hectares), home to rhinos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Enjoy sundowners and snacks amidst the wilderness. Evening: Return to Ivory Moon Lodge for a 5-star dinner featuring authentic South African cuisine, paired with local wines, beers, or sodas (spirits and imported drinks at extra cost). Overnight: Relax in your suite, immersed in the vibrant sounds of the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, including hyena calls and bushbaby activity. Kruger Morning Safari & Departure
Early morning: Depart early for a morning safari in Kruger National Park’s Orpen Satara region, renowned for lion prides and Big 5 sightings (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard). A packed breakfast and bottled water are provided. Morning (by 10 AM): Return to Ivory Moon Lodge for a quick shower and a full breakfast on the viewing deck, enjoying the bush surroundings. 11 AM: Check out and board the shuttle back to O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. Flights back can be arranged at extra cost (arrange in advance). Breakfast (Lunch & dinner not included) All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor)

Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
