You'll self-drive to the Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge from Johannesburg. Alternatively, private or shared shuttle transfers from Johannesburg can be arranged at an extra cost. Check in and enjoy lunch on the main deck overlooking the waterhole. Settle in before meeting at the main lodge for your evening game drive with a sundowner stop as the sun sets over the horizon. Return to the lodge to freshen up and enjoy dinner in the dining area. Retire to your suite for the evening. Safari Drive and Departure
Enjoy your wake-up call with coffee and tea before departing on your morning game drive with a sunrise coffee stop in the reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
