Depart Entebbe very early in the morning and start your full day’s drive to the South Western part of Uganda having a stopover at the Equator; the imaginary line that divides the earth into two halves. You will take part in the experiment at the Equator. En-route to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park home to the great apes the Mountain Gorillas you will enjoy picnic lunch and beautiful scenery of the Kigezi hills with countless terrace farms. Day 2
Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing and thereafter go to the start points and enjoy the highlight of the safari. Trekking the Gorillas is a once in a lifetime experience which takes between 2–6 hours. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge. Fantastic experience
I recently took a tour with Jenik Tours and Travel to explore Fort Portal and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The 3-day tour was well-organized and truly immersive. The tour included a mix of must-see attractions and hidden gems that I would have never discovered on my own. The accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located and included food. One of the highlights was the hiking to the Amber caves and to the mountain. The only minor drawback was that the pace was a bit fast on some days, but I understand the need to cover so much in a short time. Basically Jenik tours and travel provided a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable journey. I rate this tour 5/5 stars. Can't wait to book my next adventure with them!
