Arrival in Maasai Mara & Sunset Wildlife Game Drive
Depart from Nairobi early in the morning and journey through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stopover for breathtaking views and photography before continuing to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at your safari camp in time for lunch and relaxation after check-in. In the afternoon, head out for your first exciting game drive across the vast savannah plains, home to abundant wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration as thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move across the reserve in search of greener pastures. Keep an eye out for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas nearby while your guide shares insights about the animals and their behaviour. As the sun sets over the Mara, enjoy the stunning golden landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters before returning to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness. Day 2
Into the Wild – Full Safari Experience in Maasai Mara
Spend the day exploring the breathtaking plains of Maasai Mara National Reserve with extensive game drives in search of the Big Five and other incredible wildlife. After an early breakfast, set out with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day safari adventure deep inside the reserve. Drive through wildlife-rich areas where you may spot lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes and large herds of antelopes roaming freely across the savannah. Depending on the season, you may also have the chance to witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, with thousands of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains and near the Mara River crossings. Along the way, your safari guide will share insights about the animals, landscapes and ecosystem. Enjoy lunch in the wild surrounded by breathtaking scenery before continuing with afternoon game viewing. As the day comes to an end, return to your camp for dinner, relaxation and another peaceful night in the heart of the African wilderness. Sunrise in Maasai Mara & Scenic Return to Nairobi
Wake up early to the beautiful sunrise over Maasai Mara and enjoy a relaxed morning before breakfast at your camp. After breakfast, you may choose to visit a traditional Maasai village for an optional cultural experience and learn about the fascinating traditions and way of life of the Maasai people. Afterwards, return to the camp for check-out and begin the scenic journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy an en-route lunch at a local restaurant along the way. Take in the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley, with optional stopovers for souvenirs and refreshments, before arriving in Nairobi in the late afternoon with unforgettable safari memories.
