Day 1
Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from Maun. You will travel by road towards the Okavango Delta, enjoying scenic views along the way as the landscape gradually changes into one of Africa’s most unique ecosystems. Upon arrival at the mokoro station, you will meet your experienced poler (guide), who will brief you on the journey ahead. From here, you will glide silently through the waterways in a traditional dugout canoe (mokoro), offering a peaceful and intimate way to explore the Delta. Keep an eye out for birds, frogs, and other wildlife along the channels. After approximately 1–2 hours on the water, you will arrive at a remote island where your bush camp will be set up. After settling in, enjoy a guided nature walk, where your guide will introduce you to the smaller details of the Delta ecosystemtracks, plants, and possible wildlife sightings. Dinner will be served around the campfire, followed by an evening under the stars. Inside Okavango Delta Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Non-alcoholic drinks
Day 2
Wake up early for a guided morning walk during the cooler hours of the day. This is the best time to track animals and observe the Delta as it comes to life. Your guide will share insights into animal behavior, tracking techniques, and the surrounding environment. Return to camp for a well-deserved brunch and relaxation during the heat of the day. In the afternoon, enjoy a fishing activity (seasonal and catch-and-release), followed by a hands-on experience where you will learn how to pole a mokoro yourself under the guidance of your poler. This is a fun and interactive way to connect with the traditional way of navigating the Delta. Later in the afternoon, head out for a mokoro excursion combined with a short guided walk. As the day comes to an end, enjoy a peaceful sundowner on the water, watching the sunset over the Delta one of the most memorable moments of the safari. Return to camp for dinner and storytelling around the fire. Inside Okavango Delta All meals included Non-alcoholic drinks
Day 3
Start your final day with an early morning guided walk, taking advantage of the quiet and fresh atmosphere of the Delta. This walk offers another opportunity to track wildlife and appreciate the untouched beauty of the environment. Your guide will deepen your understanding of the ecosystem, from animal tracks to bird calls and plant uses. After the walk, return to camp for breakfast and begin packing up. You will then board your mokoro for the return journey through the channels back to the mokoro station. Enjoy the last moments of tranquility as you glide through the reeds and open lagoons. Upon arrival at the station, your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you back to Maun, marking the end of your unforgettable Okavango Delta mokoro safari experience. Breakfast (Lunch & dinner not included) Drinking water (Other drinks not included)

5.0/5We had a fantastic mobile safari to Nxai Pan Nationalpark with Edwin and his team. Edwin provided us with deep insight into the small and big animals we observed. He personalised our safari to a great extend and portaied a great mix of flexibility, patience and friendliness. Our camp was wild and hospitable at the same time. In the middle of the vast Nxai Pan the formidable team created an athmosphere of comfort. For example having freshly campfire baked chocolate muffins. Thanks again for this wonderful adventure!

We had a fantastic experience with Keya Botswana while planning our first-ever self-drive through Botswana. From the very beginning, Edwin was proactive, incredibly supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was always fast, clear and reassuring, which made a huge difference when organizing a trip like this for the first time. (especially in rainy season!) The planning was thorough and well thought out, and having a guide accompany us to teach us all the ins and outs of self-driving in Botswana was invaluable, while keeping the 'adventure' experience. We always felt supported without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The overall experience was excellent, and Edwin’s support and professionalism really stood out. We would definitely recommend this operator, especially for anyone considering their first self-drive safari!

The operator was at my hotel right on time. It was just me doing the 3 day Okavango Delta/Moremi Game Reserve safari as it was nearing the end of the season. I felt almost guilty because it took 4 guys and a lot of equipment just to make my experience memorable. My guide Rogers was great. He spoke very good English, very knowledgeable, and patient considering he drove long hours. We saw almost everything except the cheetah and leopard. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend using this agency.

We had an amazing 4 nights with Edwin wild camping in Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai. The team looking after us was fantastic, the camp sites, the food and their welcoming nature. Both Moremi and Khwai were a great experience. So much wild life, we even saw wild dogs chasing an impala and a leopard snacking on a monkey. Edwin noticed every animal and bird and also made the safari so much fun. We had many game drives, night drives, a boat ride and a mokoro as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks so much Edwin and your team. You are highly recommended!
