Day 1
Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Start your safari with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport at around 07:00, followed by a scenic drive towards Amboseli National Park, with a brief stop en route for refreshments around Emali or Taveta. Arrive at your selected lodge or tented camp in time for lunch and check-in, then enjoy a short rest or optional pool time to unwind. In the late afternoon, head out for an exciting game drive from around 16:00 to 19:00, exploring Amboseli’s vast plains in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and hyenas, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay in the wild. 🌍✨. Full Game Drives at Amboseli
Begin your day with an early morning game drive at around 06:00, the best time to witness Amboseli’s wildlife at its most active, followed by a refreshing tea or coffee break within the park. Return to your lodge around 10:00 for a relaxed breakfast, then enjoy leisure time between 11:00 and 14:00 or opt for an optional Maasai village visit to experience the rich local culture. In the afternoon, head out again for a rewarding game drive from 14:30 to 18:30, exploring Amboseli’s swamps and open plains in search of diverse wildlife including big cats, elephants, and an array of bird species. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by nature. 🌍✨. Amboseli & Cultural Experience
Start your morning with an early game drive at around 06:00, offering the best chance to witness Amboseli’s wildlife in action against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for a relaxing breakfast at 08:00, then continue with an optional but highly recommended Maasai village visit from 09:30 to 12:30, where you’ll experience authentic Maasai culture, traditions, and daily life. Enjoy lunch at the lodge at around 13:00 before heading out for an afternoon game drive from 14:30 to 18:30, exploring Amboseli’s famous swamps and open plains in search of elephants, lions, and diverse bird species.
