Day 1
Johannesburg to Hoedspruit
You will be picked up at O.R. Tambo Airport at 06:50 for the transfer to Hoedspruit where you should arrive around 13:30. Once at the lodge on Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate - an estate that values the bush and wildlife, with numerous non-dangerous game species on the property - you can go for a walk or bike ride and do a sunset drive in Moditlo in the Blue Canyon Reserve before dinner will be served (included in your package). Day 2
Kruger National Park
Your guide will meet you early this morning in an open safari vehicle for an exciting day trip into Kruger National Park. You will arrive at Orpen Gate at sunrise to explore Kruger's Central region. You will later enjoy a packed picnic breakfast and stop for lunch (at your own expense) at Satara Rest Camp and then continue your safari in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, you will return to Hoedspruit for another delicious dinner at the lodge. Overnight at Call of the Wild Bush Lodge. Breakfast and dinner are both included. Day 3
Panorama Route
Today, you will take a day trip along the breathtaking Panorama Route, one of South Africa's most visited destinations. The roads wind up and over the Drakensberg Escarpment, leading to the Blyde River Canyon, the world's third-largest canyon, God's Window with its spectacular views, and two magnificent waterfalls. Pinnacle Rock and Wonderview are two other highlights. You will also visit the historic town of Pilgrims Rest and have lunch in Graskop (at your own expense). You should be back at the lodge by 16:00, in time for a leisurely walk before dinner. Both breakfast and dinner are included in your package. Hoedspruit to Johannesburg
This morning, you will have a delicious breakfast at the lodge before being picked up for a sunrise drive in Moditlo. After the trip, you will be dropped off at the Kamagelo Tourism Centre for the trip back to Johannesburg. You will return to O.R. Tambo Airport around 17:00. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
