Day 1
Your adventure begins at Dar es Salaam Airport, where you'll board a scenic flight to Arusha, watching Tanzania's breathtaking landscape unfold beneath you as the coastline gives way to the vast, golden African interior. Upon landing, your private driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you and head straight for Tarangire National Park, no wasted time, no long road transfers, just pure adventure from the very first hour. Tarangire is a magnificent introduction to Tanzania's wild soul, with ancient baobab trees rising from rust-red earth, massive elephant herds moving freely across open plains, and a remarkable diversity of wildlife at every turn. Enjoy a bush lunch inside the park before continuing with afternoon game drives through the park's diverse ecosystems. As the sun begins to set, drive to the charming highland town of Karatu for a warm dinner and a restful overnight stay. Mid-range lodge located 1-2hr drive from Tarangire NP Lunch & dinner (Breakfast not included) Non-alcoholic drinks
Day 2
Rise early for one of the most spectacular days any safari can offer. After a quick breakfast, descend into the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's Seven Natural Wonders. The ancient volcanic floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, lions, elephants, black rhinos, hippos, zebras, and thousands of flamingos painting the soda lake pink. Every single moment inside the crater is a photograph waiting to happen. A crater-floor picnic lunch keeps the magic alive before ascending the rim and continuing westward into the iconic Serengeti National Park, where the golden plains stretch endlessly toward the horizon, and the greatest wildlife theatre on earth never closes. Arrive at your tented camp in time for a spectacular sunset, a memorable dinner, and your first night sleeping in the heart of the Serengeti. Mid-range tented camp located inside Central Serengeti NP All meals included Non-alcoholic drinks
Day 3
There is no morning on earth quite like a Serengeti morning. Rise with the sun and head straight out on an early morning game drive, the most magical time of day, when predators are active, the light is golden, and the plains feel yours entirely. Lions on the prowl, cheetahs poised on termite mounds, leopards draped lazily over acacia branches, the Serengeti delivers at every turn, all day long. Lunch is enjoyed in the bush before continuing on an en route game drive as you begin the scenic journey back toward Karatu, because in the Serengeti, even the drive out is an adventure. Arrive at your lodge on the Karatu Escarpment in time for sundowner drinks, a superb dinner, and one final night under the stars of Tanzania. Mid-range lodge located in Karatu (Town) All meals included Non-alcoholic drinks
Day 4
Your final day is an enchanting celebration of Tanzanian culture and community. After breakfast, journey to the vibrant village of Mto wa Mbu, a lively melting pot of over 120 tribes, where warmth and genuine connections thrive. Start with an engaging guided tour before biking through lush rice farms and charming homesteads. Spend heartwarming moments at a local nursery school, where the laughter and curiosity of children will delight you. Next, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking session with local women, learning to prepare traditional Tanzanian dishes. Enjoy the delicious lunch you've created as a perfect farewell to the stunning Tanzanian bush. Breakfast & lunch (Dinner not included) Non-alcoholic drinks

5.0/5Beginning with our greeting at the airport, Imani Excursions did not disappointment through the entire trip. The owner, Imani himself came out to give us a big welcoming. Our tour guides David and Julius were always cheerful, very knowledge about the areas we visited and the animals we encountered. They knew where to find the animals. I'm still in disbelief about the heart pounding encounters we had with the animals. We came away learning about the animals, the culture and were even taught a little Swahili. Thank you David and Julius!! This is definitely something my family and especially our kids will never forget because of you. Our accommodations were beautiful staying at Manyara's Secret and the Lahia Luxury Tent Lodge. Manyara's Secret was right on the lake with your own individual private pools. The food was delicious and staff were very welcoming and attentive. The whole place was gorgeous. In Lahia, other than the zip up walls you wouldn't even think you were in a tent. The rooms were large, huge bed and overlooked the Serengeti with the two sinks and toilet inside your tent. There was a beautiful private outdoor shower attached to your room. Animals came right up to the lodge. It was incredible walking through zebras on the way to dinner. There are many tour companies in Tanzania. You should not hesitate in booking with Imani and his staff. You can tell that they love their jobs and are in awe with us encountering the animals even after many years of giving tours. This translated to an incredible and unforgettable experience for us. Imani Excursions made us fall in love with Tanzania and if we ever get back there we will definitely book with them again.

Taking a trip to Africa is one of the biggest trips you will take in your life so you want it to go well. When I started the journey I researched so many different safaris and read so many reviews. I kept coming back to Imani Excursions. My only draw back was that they didn’t have a lot of reviews. The reviews they did have were good so I decided to book them. I was nervous not knowing if this is a company I could trust. I can honestly tell you that you will not go wrong booking Imani Excursions. Mike was always quick to respond to all my emails about questions I had about the trip before we arrived. When we arrived we were greeted at the airport with drinks, snacks, gift, and music. What a welcome! Our safari guides Julie’s and David were with us throughout the entire trip. We felt 100% safe and were taken care of well. Imani greeted us at the airport and followed us to our first accommodation to Make sure check it went well. The accommodations we stayed at were absolutely beautiful! At Manyaras secret we had a four bedroom villa with a private full sized swimming pool. The safaris were amazing! We saw so much wildlife and up close. We saw the big 5 and much much more. We saw a lion pack of 7 with babies and all hunting baboons. Elephants rushed in trumpets and all to rescue the baboons. It looked like something you would see at Universal Studios but it was real. We have traveled all over the world and this trip is now our favorite. Look no further and book Imani Excursions. They will give you an amazing trip and take care of you well.
