Your adventure begins when you arrive at the lodge. Your transport from Johannesburg to the lodge can be arranged (shuttle, private transfer and flights) at an additional cost. As the sun sets over the African bushveld, your expert guide will lead you on a quest to spot the Big Five, as well as a variety of other iconic African wildlife. Enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the African night. * Private road transfers from Johannesburg can be arranged for R7,500 (1-3 people). Morning & Sunset Safari
Wake up early for a hot beverage and rusks before departing on a sunrise game drive. Experience the magic of the African bush as it comes to life, and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife that is most active in the early morning hours. Return to the lodge for a relaxed brunch, and then choose how you want to spend the rest of the day. Relax by the pool, read a book in the lounge area, or indulge in a massage at the spa. In the afternoon, depart on another thrilling game drive with your expert guide. Return to the lodge in time for another starlit dinner under the African skies. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
