Overall, everything was wonderful. We saw amazing sights, had good guides, seamless transportation, and the value for the money was very good. The only problem was being accidentally overcharged, and Priscilla worked diligently with her bank to refund the overcharged amount.

Excellent customer service. Great help in finding the right accommodation for a very picky group but Priscilla kept at it until she found one for us. Priscilla and her team were great. They picked us up at the airport, organised trips, liaising with local businesses including Batoka sky for a microlight flight and a trip to the Devil's pool. She and the team were also able to give lots of options when it came to in the fly actives like eating out, or getting souvenirs.
