Day 1
Pick Up from Kigali and Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On this day, our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kigali and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will be picked up from your hotel to start the 6-hour drive to Queen Elizabeth NP. You will drive through the beautiful landscapes and hills of Rwanda before you cross through the Katuna border. You will have to stop at the border for immigration. After the border, you will have a lunch stop and proceed with a journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You'll arrive in the evening and check in, relax, as you wait for the chimp trekking adventure the day after. Day 2
Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National ParK
On this day, you will have an early morning breakfast, pack up your bags, and drive to the briefing point for a general briefing about chimpanzee tracking. After the briefing, you will be split into small groups and allocated a guide who will take you to and from the forest. You'll begin searching for chimpanzees in the forest, and after finding them, you'll spend an hour in their presence. After the activity, you will have lunch and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for dinner and an overnight stay. Day 3
Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On day three, you will have morning breakfast at 6:30 am and drive to the park headquarters at 7:00 am. After reaching the park headquarters, you will join other tourists for a general briefing. You will be briefed about the dos and don'ts of mountain gorillas. Afterward, you'll be split into small groups of 8 people per group. You will be allocated a ranger guide who will take you to and from the forest. Kindly note that the trek may be short, medium, or long. After gorilla tracking, you will drive back to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay. The best and reliable experience I could have ask for.
This was a great experience coming from United States. Jason was very easy to communicate with and was very fast at emailing back or on what’s app. He made the process too easy. I had a motorcycle accident two days prior and was not sure if I could go on this mountain gorilla trekking, last second I decide I was able to. He came to pick me up on time at 0300, the vehicle was nice, clean and reliable. His English is very good and easy to understand. He had the best price compared to others.

Efficient and worthwhile tour experience
Our tour was a very worthwhile experience, a day trip from Kigali to see the gorillas in Mgahinga National park. The gorillas themselves were amazing, and the tour operator was able to accommodate us on very short notice to make it happen. We had two drivers, Alex who was clearly very experienced and helped with the border crossing, and Benson who was a joy from his genuine enthusiasm and passion of what we were doing
