Arrive at Sopa Amboseli Lodge in time for lunch and a brief rest. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen marching across the savannah with Kilimanjaro’s snow‑capped peak behind them — a photographer’s dream. You’ll also encounter zebras, wildebeest, and predators such as lions and cheetahs. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the wild. Day 2
Wake early for a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Watch predators returning from the night’s hunt and herbivores grazing in the cool dawn. After breakfast, enjoy a mid‑morning exploration of Amboseli’s wetlands, home to flamingos and pelicans. A picnic lunch keeps you in the park for maximum wildlife viewing. In the afternoon, visit observation points offering panoramic views of Kilimanjaro and the park’s diverse habitats. Day 3
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive toward the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive at the famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge, uniquely built on stilts overlooking a waterhole frequented by elephants, buffalo, and antelope. Lunch is served with views of wildlife just meters away. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the sanctuary, where rolling hills and acacia woodlands provide habitat for lions, giraffes, and countless bird species. As night falls, watch animals gather at the floodlit waterhole from the comfort of the lodge — a magical experience unique to Salt Lick. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Day 4
Depart after breakfast for Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and oldest reserves. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive across Tsavo’s vast landscapes, famous for its red‑dust elephants and dramatic scenery. Visit the Aruba Dam, a popular watering spot for wildlife, and keep an eye out for lions, cheetahs, and herds of antelope. Tsavo East’s sheer scale and raw wilderness make it a thrilling contrast to the more compact parks. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, immersed in the untamed spirit of Tsavo.
