Misaotra!

Planning travel to Madagascar can be overwhelming and I was so thrilled to connect with Sanda. He helped me create the perfect itinerary with flexibility and seamlessness. He was totally accommodating, which is an amazing quality when navigating a destination like Madagascar. We were pleased to meet him at the airport and spend a few hours together before we met Angelo, our guide for the trip. Angelo was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure we fit everything in we wanted to see and do, and we enjoyed every minute of his company. His above and beyond efforts for things big and small were appreciated and will never be forgotten. I must add that we had an incredible driver, Nina (oh, I hope that's the correct spelling!) I can't emphasize enough the importance of your driver in Madagascar; roads are a challenge and travel times are long. It takes special skill and focus; Nina was outstanding. Thank you for keeping us safe and comfortable at all times. We are treasuring our memories of beautiful baobabs and lemurs, lovely beaches, wonderful food and people. And most importantly, the great level of care we experienced from Angelo and Sanda at Come to Mada. I highly recommend them.

2 wonderful week trip from Antananarivo to Anakao together with the impeccable guide Sanda, courteous and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of his country, he speaks English, French and Spanish, we also requested an Italian-speaking guide who was immediately welcomed, she came with us Zo (perfect Italian) beautiful person and also very knowledgeable. They guided us through magnificent landscapes completely different from each other, a succession of exciting and experiences. We learned about the flora and fauna in the different parks visited, the local craftsmanship and the hard daily life of the Malagasy people. The icing on the cake were the days spent in Anakao, STUNNING! The hotels and restaurants booked by the agency were all of good quality and excellent food, Sanda was able to resolve all our problems quickly and promptly. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend touring with Come To Madagascar! We did a 13-day tour, and our main focus was on seeing lemurs, wildlife, and unique landscapes — Come to Madagascar definitely delivered. The highlights of our tour were taking a boat down the Tsiribina river (we chose the bigger boat, not pirogue) and visiting the Tsingy de Bemaraha. Before we booked, Sanda and his team worked with us to adapt our tour so we could get in the stops we wanted. While in Madagascar we traveled with Sanda, and he and the team were always looking out for us and went above and beyond to ensure our time was enjoyable. Sanda is super knowledgeable about the plants, animals, culture, and history of Madagascar, making for enjoyable and educational travel between and at the sites. He also vetted the local guides in national parks to ensure they spoke English well, ensured we could find food that suits our dietary restrictions, made sure all our lodgings (we went for the mid-tier option) were comfortable, and even worked hard to find us a last-minute flight back to Antananarivo. Even when things went differently than expected (which is just part of the Madagascar experience), we felt like we were in great hands and everything always got sorted out smoothly. Come to Madagascar works with a great set of people, and we’d tour with them again in a heartbeat!
