Day 1
Arusha - Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up and after being familiar with the guide, you will drive to Tarangire (a 2-hour drive), famous for its diverse landscape. The park is well known for the abundance of ancient baobab trees & having huge herds of elephants hence providing unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where they are reported sightings of animals. After lunch, you will proceed with the game drive and exit the park. Day 2
Tarangire - Serengeti National Park
We'll kick off the day with an early breakfast to energize you for a full day of exploration and adventure! Our journey begins with a scenic drive toward the Serengeti. Along the way, we'll navigate the misty rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where, if luck is on our side, we may encounter Cape buffaloes, baboons, elephants or even elusive leopards hiding in the lush undergrowth. After a delightful lunch at the Serengeti National Park picnic area, we'll dive into the heart of the Serengeti. Get ready to be enchanted by the iconic savannah landscape and the diverse array of wildlife roaming these expansive plains. We'll conclude our day with dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti National Park, tailored to the standard and type of accommodation you've selected from our options. After breakfast, we’ll hit the road back toward Ngorongoro Conservation area. Our drive takes us through the Serengeti via a different route, providing ample opportunities to spot any wildlife you may have missed on day two. As far as the eye can see, you’ll encounter vast herds of animals, including migrating wildebeests and zebras, elegant giraffes, leaping antelopes and gazelles, mighty African elephants, and the respected predators of the savannah. In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay tailored to the standard and type of accommodation you selected from our options. Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
We suggest an early wake-up to embark on a morning game drive, the perfect time to witness the animals at their most active and enjoy a breathtaking sunrise. You’ll have the chance to savor a picnic lunch by the picturesque Hippo Lake. After lunch, we’ll enjoy a brief game drive before ascending from the crater and departing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, returning to Arusha. Just came back from an amazing 3 day safari through Serengeti and Ngorongoro national park. Our guide Felix was very knowledgeable about both flora and fauna within the parks. He answered all our questions and also told us many interesting stories throughout the day and during our meal breaks. He was accompanied by Jeremiah, our group's cook.
