Addis Ababa to Arba Minch via Rift Valley
Your journey begins in Addis Ababa, where you will meet your professional guide and start your Ethiopia toward Arba Minch. The drive takes you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, passing beautiful landscapes, lakes, and local villages. Along the way, you will stop at viewpoints to enjoy panoramic scenery and take photos. After lunch en route, continue driving to Arba Minch, a town known for its stunning location between Lake Abaya and Lake Chamo. Dorze Village Visit and Drive to Jinka
After breakfast, you will drive to the Dorze village located in the Guge Mountains. The Dorze people are known for their unique bamboo houses shaped like elephant heads and their rich weaving culture. During your visit, you will explore the village, learn about their traditional lifestyle, and see how they produce local food such as kocho from the enset plant. After this cultural experience, continue your journey toward Jinka, passing through beautiful landscapes and small towns along the way. You will stop for lunch en route and enjoy the changing scenery of southern Ethiopia. Upon arrival in Jinka, you'll check into your lodge and relax. Mursi Tribe Visit and Travel to Turmi
Today, you will visit the Mursi tribe in Mago National Park, famous for the women’s lip plates and unique cultural traditions. You'll spend time learning about their lifestyle, food, and customs while respecting local norms. After the visit, you will continue driving to Turmi, home of the Hamer people, passing through picturesque landscapes and small villages. Upon arrival, you'll check in at your lodge and relax. Hamer Village Cultural Experience
