Arusha National Park Game Drive & Walking Safari
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Moshi or directly upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where you will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide and team. You will then proceed to Arusha National Park, a scenic park known for Mount Meru views, lush forests, volcanic craters, and the beautiful Momella Lakes. Enjoy a game drive where you may see giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, flamingos, warthogs, and colobus monkeys in their natural habitat. The park offers a mix of forest, lake, and open savannah, ideal for a relaxed safari away from crowds. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park, followed by more game viewing and a 3-hour guided walking safari for a closer nature experience. Guided Game Drive Day & Night Experience
You will be picked up early in the morning from your hotel in Arusha and begin a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, passing through beautiful countryside and Maasai villages along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and rich wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, and diverse birdlife. The Tarangire River attracts abundant wildlife year-round, creating excellent game viewing opportunities. In the late afternoon, continue your safari and check in at a carefully selected lodge or tented camp located inside the park in a prime wildlife area. Your day begins early with a descent into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Known as one of Africa’s natural wonders, the crater offers exceptional wildlife viewing, including the Big Five, flamingos on the soda lake, hippos, lions, elephants, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras within its unique ecosystem. After an unforgettable safari experience and picnic lunch on the crater floor, you will visit an authentic Maasai boma, where you will learn about traditional Maasai culture, lifestyle, and heritage through dance, storytelling, and village interaction.
