Day 1
Nairobi- Masai Mara National Reserve
After a hearty breakfast, your driver-guide reports to your hotel for the start of the safari, with a departure for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to the Masai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. You stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of an enormous valley system said to be visible from outer space. You'll arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have an afternoon game drive, which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. The reserve is known for providing excellent predator sightings thanks to its relatively large population of lion, cheetah, and leopard. Bordering Tanzania, the Mara is in the northern extension of the Serengeti and forms a wildlife corridor between the two countries. You'll return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Day 2
Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast with a picnic lunch, you will spend the full day exploring this unique park, which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. This will be a day of unlimited game drives for you to explore the depth and breadth of this famous park. To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may want to take advantage of several optional events we offer at an extra cost. You'll experience a visit to the local Maasai people in their nearby village. You will meet these indigenous people and see their ancient lifestyle and culture up close. Want an unforgettable sight? Take a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day. Day 3
Masai Mara-Diani Beach
After breakfast, you will check out of the camp and proceed for a final game drive en route to Nairobi. In Nairobi, you'll transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Diani. Diani Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Africa and the world at large, with amazing all-year weather. You will be picked up by our representative upon touching down at Ukunda Airstrip for a transfer to your beach resort, where you will spend your beach holiday. You will spend the afternoon at leisure in the resort, taking in the beautiful sights of the ocean and palm trees. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the resort. Day 4
Diani Beach
This day will be spent here on the white sands of Diani beach at leisure, with an option of engaging in water sports. Diani beach is an amazing sight with a flawless, long stretch of white sand hugged by lush forest. The beach is all magnificence, and we are not only talking about its marvelous coastline and deep blue waters here. We are talking of its overall ambiance, scenery, and landscape. Diani is an entertainer, and judging from the myriad of activities to engage in here, the chances of getting bored are at zero. Deep-sea diving, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, and kiting are some of the things you could do here. Diani Beach-Wasini Island
You will be picked up from the hotel in the early morning and proceed to Wasini Island. You will enjoy a boat ride and snorkeling in the ocean with professional instructors. Wasini Island is renowned for dolphins, and it’s possible to view them. Enjoy the great moments. Later, you'll proceed to the Swahili town of Wasini and enjoy a hot Swahili lunch of seafood before driving back to the hotel. Commitment and service delivery at its best!
We took a 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli national park. The tour was well planned by Charles and executed by Jared our guide. We managed to see all the big 5 both in Mara and Amboseli among other predators and grazers. We also saw hippo and crocodiles at Mara river. Jared knew the best routes to warrant sighting of of the wildlife. His sense of humour was amazing and he was always patient with us. Salina Wild Adventures did a commendable job. Highly recommended.
