Day 1
Mombasa - Amboseli National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Mombasa or the airport. Then, you'll begin your journey toward Amboseli National Park. This is the longest drive of the trip (about 7–8 hours), but it sets up the rest of the safari to be smooth and well-paced You will pass changing landscapes from coastal palms to dry savannah plains, arriving in Amboseli in the afternoon with views of Mount Kilimanjaro if the skies are clear After check-in and lunch, you will head out for an evening game drive where you might see large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, and possibly lions moving across the open plains Dinner and overnight stay. Day 2
Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park
You'll start with an early morning game drive when animals are most active, and Kilimanjaro often appears clearly at sunrise. This is the perfect time to spot the Big Tuskers with the background of the scenic Mt. Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, you'll enjoy a short and easy drive (about 3–4 hours) to Tsavo West National Park. You'll arrive in time for lunch. You'll visit Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and crocodiles in crystal-clear water, and watch for elephants, buffalo, and even leopards in the bush You'll have dinner and an overnight stay. Day 3
Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast, you'll enjoy a short morning drive as you exit Tsavo West and head toward Tsavo East National Park, a drive of about 3–4 hours. You will notice the landscape changing into wide open plains with red soil and fewer hills. You'll arrive in time for lunch. You'll enjoy a little rest before heading out on your first game drive in Tsavo East, where wildlife is easier to spot due to the open terrain. Expect to see red-dust elephants, lions, large herds of buffalo, and many antelopes You'll have dinner and an overnight stay in Tsavo East. Day 4
Exploring Tsavo East National Park
You'll spend a full day exploring Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and most rewarding parks. This is where you have strong chances of spotting the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and occasionally rhino in protected zones). You'll visit Aruba Dam, where animals gather, making it one of the best wildlife viewing points. You will see elephants rolling in red dust, lions resting in shade, giraffes feeding on acacia trees, and possibly cheetahs hunting in the open plains. You'll return to your lodge for dinner and your second night. Hotel: Voi Wildlife Lodge or Similar Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Day 5
Tsavo East National Park - SGR Train - Diani
After breakfast, you'll exit the park and transfer to Voi SGR station for your comfortable train ride back to Mombasa. The train ride is smooth and relaxing, giving you time to rest after the safari. On arrival, you are met and transferred south to Diani Beach (about 1–1.5 hours). You'll check in, relax by the beach, and enjoy a peaceful evening. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in Diani.
