7-Day Nairobi-Mara Mombasa African Budget Safari Tour
Overview
This is a 7-day tour commencing from the famous Masai Mara National Reserve (for the great migration) then onto Lake Nakuru, a lake with more than 250 bird species. Then you'll drive via Nairobi to Amboseli National Park, the park which offers best view of the highest mountain in Africa. This will be followed by a visit to Tsavo East and finally being dropped at Mombasa or Diani.

Day 1
Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
You'll be picked up from your Nairobi hotel and depart for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. On arrival, check in at the camp and have lunch. After lunch, you will have a short rest then proceed for the afternoon game drive around the until sunset. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp. Day 2
Masai Mara National Reserve
Have an early morning game drive then breakfast. After breakfast, go for more game drives till lunch time. You will have lunch and a short rest. Later in the afternoon, proceed for game drives in search of wild animals. Alternatively, you can do a full day game drive with packed lunch. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp. Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, check out of the park and drive to Nakuru. On arrival, check in at the resort and have lunch then proceed for afternoon game drives. You will be in an exclusive safari van with your professional tour guide who will assist you in taking photos, spotting lots of animals and birds. Lake Nakuru- Lake Naivasha- Amboseli National Park
After the early morning breakfast, leave Nakuru you will pass by lake Naivasha for optional boat later check out, lunch enroute and drive to Amboseli. Amboseli gives the best view of the highest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. Check in at the camp for dinner and your overnight stay. Have your early morning breakfast. After breakfast, go for full day game drive exploring the park with chances of seeing herds of elephant at the swampy areas lions, wildebeest, zebras, giraffe, dikdik and many others. On arrival, enjoy game viewing en-route to the camp. Check in and have lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, you'll go for more game drives in the park.
