Arrival & River Safari Experience
Meet and greet at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, followed by a private road transfer to Mukambi Safari Lodge. After a welcome tea break and time to settle in, enjoy your first safari activity — either a sunset boat cruise along the Kafue River or an afternoon game drive. After breakfast, depart on a game drive transfer deeper into the park toward Fig Tree Bush Camp. Wildlife sightings are common en route. Exploring the Heart of Kafue
Begin the day with a morning game drive or guided bush walk, offering a more intimate perspective of the ecosystem. Return to camp for brunch and leisure time — relax in a hammock overlooking the lagoon or simply enjoy the tranquility of the bush. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive before dinner and overnight at Fig Tree Bush Camp.
