Your journey begins with pick up from your hotel in Cape Town CBD. The flight takes off at the V&A Waterfront, where you board a helicopter & enjoy a scenic 50min flight over the stunning landscapes of Cape Town. You soar over the iconic Table Mountain, the rugged Cape Peninsula, & the lush Hottentots Holland Mountain Range, marvelling at the views of the city, ocean & countryside. After landing in Kleinbaai, a quaint fishing village in the Overberg region, you join a leading shark diving company that offers ethical & sustainable shark tourism. You board a comfortable & safe boat, head to the shark hotspot, where you have the chance to get up close and with these magnificent predators. You enter a sturdy and secure cage that is attached to the boat & submerge yourself in the clear, cool water. Our first Big 5 Safari Tour was nothing short of incredible! From the very start, the excitement was unreal and it only got better with every moment out in the wild. Seeing lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo in their natural habitat was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Martin was knowledgeable, passionate and made the whole experience even more special. It’s something we’ll never forget, truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure! But we will repeat it as we still have to „hunt“ leopard 🐆 hehe
