Day 1
Nairobi-Amboseli National Park
You will be driven south to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi, with wildlife viewing en route while the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro is in the background. Lunch will be at the Lodge in Amboseli. You'll enjoy an evening game drive. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, the Kilimanjaro, is one of the most popular of Kenya's national parks. Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery, it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro which is 5,896 meters. Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephants which can be viewed up close accompanied by lions, buffalos, cheetahs, giraffes, baboons, gazelles, hippos, and wildebeest. There are also over 400 species of birds, as well as all manner of reptilian, flora, and fauna. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge. Explore Amboseli National Park
Another exciting day in Amboseli National Park, we recommend that you get up early morning so you can experience excellent wildlife viewing and an unprecedented view of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll return to your lodge for breakfast. You may opt for an additional game drive after breakfast to visit the swamp with its magnificent wildlife present all day long or simply relax at your lodge and take in the African wilderness. You'll enjoy afternoon game drives in anticipation of seeing the Big Five. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge. Day 3
Amboseli National Park -Lake Naivasha
You'll have breakfast at the lodge, check out, and have a game drive en route as you leave the park. You'll depart and drive towards Lake Naivasha. You'll arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you have the option to enjoy a boat ride at an extra cost at the lake and either visit the Crescent Island Sanctuary or Hell's Gate National Park (either you will choose). Crescent Island Sanctuary hosts herbivores like the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and hippo. Hell's Gate National Park hosts spectacular scenery including towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and belching plumes of geothermal steam, making it one of the most atmospheric parks in Africa. Day 4
Lake Naivasha-Lake Nakuru National Park
You'll have breakfast at the resort. You'll depart and drive towards the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery and having a stopover at the viewpoint en-route arriving at the pink lake often referred to due to its great masses of flamingos. You will check in and have lunch. After lunch, you'll proceed for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park with numerous animals. During the game drive, you will see the huge numbers of flamingos that are concentrated along the lakeshore. In addition to the birdlife for which Lake Nakuru is so well known, there are many different wildlife species in the park including lions, leopards, black rhinos, white rhinos, buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffes, zebras, impalas, and waterbucks. Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara National Reserve
You'll have an early breakfast. You will depart for Masai Mara National Reserve, which is located south along the floor of the Great Rift Valley, then past Narok, where you will climb the western wall that enters Hemingway's country: the 'Serengeti plains'. You'll arrive in time for lunch at the camp. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive in this famous reserve. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp. Day 6
Full-Day in the Great Mara
You'll enjoy a full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari at an extra cost. You can carry a picnic lunch or have lunch at the camp. A visit to Masai villages is also an option. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. You will be taken on two game drives on the third day, in the morning before breakfast and the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals as they are most active. To get some of the best game viewing of the day, an early start is needed to beat the heat of the sun. This is the time that the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography, thanks to the beautiful lighting. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.
