Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, heading towards the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. The scenic drive takes you through the Great Rift Valley, with a possible brief stop at a viewpoint to take in the stunning landscape. You’ll arrive at your camp or lodge in time for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you'll embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara—a perfect introduction to the reserve’s rich wildlife. Led by an experienced guide, you’ll explore the open savannah in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and possibly elusive leopards. As the sun sets over the plains, you'll return to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness. The tour was well organized, with beautiful lodges (we loved Satao Camp and Severin Safari Camp), John was very helpful and also helped to organize a birthday surprise for a friend, Amos our tour guide was just awesome, he gave everything to make our tour unforgettable.
