You'll stop at the equator line for a demonstration of the north and south, and to use the bathrooms before continuing on your journey to Samburu, where you'll arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you'll go on your first game drive. This will be an opportunity to see rare animal species, including Gravy Zebras, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffes, Gerenuks, and the beautiful Oryx. You'll also learn about the cultural heritage of the Samburu people, who are known as the butterfly people, returning at sunset Note: The drive from Nairobi can take up to 7 hours, including two pit stops. Next, you will continue to Lake Nakuru National Park and arrive in time for an early lunch. After lunch, you will go on your first game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its large number of black and white rhinos. It is one of Kenya's most beautiful parks, with rocky hills, yellow-barked acacia trees, and a waterfall. You can see flamingos, lions, leopards, buffalo, hippos, and the endangered Rothschild's giraffe here. The southern end of the lake is the best spot for wildlife viewing. Below Rhinos Cliff, you can often find lionesses resting in the trees, and leopards are often seen in the same area You will thereafter exit the park and drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving in good time for dinner and overnight. The reserve boasts an incredible variety of animals, including big cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and impalas. If you're a bird lover, you'll be thrilled to know that over 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. You'll also enjoy the beautiful savannah landscapes, dotted with acacia trees. You will have a picnic lunch under a flat-top acacia tree in the savannah while watching the animals grazing. After that, you will continue with the game-viewing en route to your camp, arriving late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah that measures 1,500 sq. You can also book a balloon ride early in the morning, which is an optional activity. After landing, the crew will assist you out of the basket and escort you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast, which is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth the price. 5.0/5We had an amazing 10 days camping safari through Kenya. The trip was very well organised and Mambo's food was delicious. Eric took us to amazing game driving where we saw a great number of animals and received many interesing explanations about wild life. This was an incredible and unforgetable trip, thanks to the professionnalism and the good vibes of Eric and Mambo !

We returned home amazed after a 10-day camping safari trip with Eric and Mambo across Kenya. Travelling with them was so easy, so meticulously organised and professional that we felt completely at ease throughout the trip, allowing us to fully enjoy the landscapes, culture, game drives and animals. The entire trip was an opportunity for excellent exchanges and discussions with our guides, allowing us to discover the country and the regions we travelled through in greater depth. Thank you again for this amazing trip!

My trip to Kenya was made great because we used Camptrek Safaris for our Safari excusrsion. Three things remained constant on our trip: 1. They were always on time 2. They kept us engaged in all parts of our trip 3. They were always kind We were a group of 12 traveling with our 96 year old patriarch and they made everyone feel special as if the trip was just for them. The team was top notch and I absolutely had no complaints. If you are looking for a team that will put you first and make you feel special Camptrek Safaris is the team.

We (a family of five from Denmark with age of children being 10, 13 and 15 years) had a very good private safari with Camptrek Safaris. We booked a 4 night/5 day safari that took us to Masai Mare, Lake Nakuru, Naiwasha and Hell’s Gate National Park. Lucy was always very fast and helpful when communicating with her during the booking from Denmark, and she was there to send us off in Nairobi and when we came back after the safari. And our driver, Pili Pili, was exellent. Thank you CampTrek Safaris. This is a trustworthy company. Thanks!
